Tips to Motivate Yourself
Sometimes we feel a surfeit, not excited in life. You feel you need the motivation of others.
Maybe this could work. However, to then be changed and spirits, the key is to yourself.
No one can give a better motivation, other than ourselves. There are a few tips to motivate yourself, namely:
1. Writing down goals on paper.
To be able to motivate yourself, you must understand the goals that you want to accomplish. Do reflection, what you really want. Then, you should develop short-term planning and long term.
Options that you specify, to be realistic, based on logic. You can not choose the path that you feel you can not afford to run it. Finally, you will discover the failure and despair, before reaching that goal.
Tape the sheet of paper containing the destination on which space you often see. You can choose in the mirror room, cabinets, walls, or anywhere that you often see and read. Every day, read the article at least five times, to always remember the goals you want to achieve and are self-motivated to achieve it.
Each day also, take note of what things you have done for you closer to achieving that goal. In this way, you will realize whether that goal is still far away, the closer or nearly achieved.
2. Stop delaying
Delaying is a habit that can kill your dreams and self-motivation. Set a time limit to achieve one goal, and stick to the deadline that you set yourself. With a feeling of being chased deadline, you will be more focused and trying to meet those objectives.
But be careful not to set a time limit that makes you stressed and frustrated, and will only damage the mental and your mind. Think of the time limit and still keep you comfortable in living it.
3. Reward for yourself
Try to give gifts or respect yourself when successfully completed one part in planning to achieve your goals. This will make you have hope, motivation to inject yourself, in order to complete the next sections to obtain a better gift.
Remember, if you have completed a plan, she quickly made new plans and make sure the time limit. Successful people are always looking for ways to develop themselves and their lives.
4. Have fun
In doing the work, you are often confronted with a problem or a heavy load of mind. Enough sense of humor, could become one of the keys to success. Try not to get too heavy thinking about problems and jobs.
Learn to enjoy what you do every day, so they can remain self-motivated and enthusiastic. By continuing to have these feelings, you can help yourself to control your own stress levels.
